InnoST has been chosen as the first batch of pilot organizations for "patent engine" plan. The "patent engine" plan is jointly managed by Beijing Intellectual Property Office, Zhongguancun Intellectual Property Office and Zhongguancun Administration Commission. This plan is a significant measure to follow the requirements from the Beijing Municipal Government, play a leading role of innovations of Zhongguancun Science Park, and to execute promotion project of patent strategies of capital enterprises.

Since the establishment of 2000, InnoST has been attaching great attention to its IP work. We believe that IP, especially patents, is extremely important. Patents are a sum of enormous wealth of our company, and InnoST's competition depends on them too. Dr. Han Zhenghe, the Chairman of InnoST, leads an intellectual property team to do patent work. The team has established IP management system, including the administrative system of patent information, the formulation of patent strategies, the procedure of patent applications, the security system, the system of rewards and penalties and IP training etc. So far, we have already applied for several domestic and international patents. 

Under the guidance and the support of Beijing Intellectual Property Office, Zhongguancun Administration Commission and Zhongguancun Intellectual Property Office through the "patent engine" plan, we will further enhance patent management system, encourage innovations more effectively, improve the quantities and qualities of patents, and form the patented products with independent intellectual property right in time. Our goal is to improve the competitiveness of our company, continue keeping the international leading advantages in the field of HTS wires, and to make greater contribution for the development of HTS industry of China.
